All Crockett Homes of Central New England Inc. homes are offered in 3 different sizes and any combination or size can be accommodated. Custom designs are welcome and all systems are flexible enough to fit almost every budget. In addition, all designs are available in most systems.

Your Crockett Homes of Central New England Inc. Architectural Designer works to help you, the homeowner, to get the home you want while working with your builder, to keep the project within budget. We like to think of the design team as the designer, the homeowner, and the builder. Construction documents (final plans) are designed to meet the International Residential Building Codes. The design phases include: preliminary plans (elevations and floor plans), secondary plans (revisions, if any, elevations, floor plans, and foundation plan), and final construction documents (with sections, framing plans, energy audit).
Crockett Homes of Central New England Inc. leads the way in consumer protection. Warranties/approvals ranging from 10 years for logs, timbers and siding to 20 years for windows to 30 years for shingles, to lifetime (renewable every 20 years) on panels, which also have UL, Leed, Energy Star, US Green Building Council approval, along with stabilized r-value, delamination warranty, Frame Guard mold & mildew warranty,& Performguard termite protection. R-Control wall panels are at least 40% more energyefficient than typical 2"x6" construction.
Crockett Homes of Central New England Inc. is proud to offer our " Post & Beam", a hybrid system combining the economics of structural panels with the beauty of timber frame construction. All models are built with R-Control EPS foam panels with a post & beam second floor system along with a timber posts & ridge beam or collar ties.
